Moving toward a drug free community

Mission

The mission of the foundation is to aid and educate families and people about substance abuse.  To help individuals struggling with addiction, continue on their path of sobriety through sponsorship and guidance.

The Michael J. Dias Foundation consists of volunteers committed to helping individuals and families and supports the goal of drug free communities.

The foundation is made up of the following branches:

FASA (Families Against Substance Abuse) – This support group was created to help individuals and families cope with substance abuse and addiction.

Education - Implementation of drug counselors in school and also a program that brings in different speakers to the schools at least once a month.

Sponsorship - Help support individuals with rent or other expenses during their sobriety.

Sober Home - A residence for recovering addicts.
